Pricing & plans
AgentValet has five tiers. The cheapest is free; the most expensive is custom-priced for organisations. The dimensions that change between plans are: how many agents you can run, how many platforms each can connect to, how many proxied calls per month, how long your audit log is kept, and which compliance/visibility features are unlocked.

Internal plan keys (you’ll see them in API responses): free, starter, pro, business, enterprise.
Overage
On the Free plan, hitting the monthly call cap stops your agents — calls return a 402 until the next billing cycle. There is no overage option.
On every paid plan, AgentValet doesn’t cut your agents off when you cross the cap. They keep working, and each call past the cap is billed at the overage rate.

You’ll get warnings in-app and by email at 50%, 75%, and 90% of your quota, and again when you cross over.
Money-back guarantee
Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of signing up, request a refund from Settings → Danger zone → Request refund and you’ll get the full amount back. Doing so closes your account — you can’t refund and continue using the product.
Upgrading and downgrading
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You’re prorated for the rest of the current billing cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If your usage exceeds the downgraded plan’s limits (e.g., you have 8 agents but downgrade to Solo’s 3-agent cap), agents over the limit are suspended at the cycle boundary — not deleted. Upgrading again unsuspends them.
Cancellation
Cancelling moves your account to the Free plan at the end of the current cycle. Your data is preserved. If you come back later, your agents and platforms are still there, governed by Free-plan limits until you re-subscribe.
Choosing a plan
- Free is for kicking the tyres — one or two personal agents, a couple of platforms, short audit window.
- Solo is for solo builders who want a real audit trail and slightly higher quota.
- Studio is the sweet spot for individuals and small teams running real automation — unlimited platforms, decent call budget, a month of audit.
- Team unlocks the operational features: push notifications, anomaly detection, approval delegates so you’re not the only person who can approve actions, and a year of audit.
- Enterprise adds SSO, forensics, and the kind of contract terms a procurement team needs.
