Request a refund
Every paid AgentValet plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Within that window, you can get the full amount refunded — no questions.
How
/settings → Danger zone → Request a refund button.
It only appears if your account is within the 30-day window since you first subscribed. Outside the window, you see the Cancel subscription path instead — that stops future billing without refunding past charges.
Confirmation
The modal shows:
- The amount that will be refunded
- A confirmation phrase you have to type: “I understand I cannot use AgentValet again”
- Buttons: Request refund (red) and Cancel
Type the phrase, click Request refund.
What happens
- Stripe refund is initiated — appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Your account is suspended immediately — all agents lose access
- After 7 days, the account is hard-deleted along with platform connections (audit log retained for legal record)
You cannot undo this
Re-signing up after a refund creates a new account with no shared state. You cannot pick back up where you left off — that’s the trade-off for the no-questions refund.
If you want to pause rather than refund, Cancel subscription drops you to the Free plan at the end of the cycle with your data intact.
On the billing page
The eligibility window is also shown on /billing as a callout:
“30-day money-back guarantee — expires
{date}({N}days remaining). Request a refund →”
Click-through takes you straight to the modal above.
Why this exists
Subscribing to a security tool sight-unseen is a hard sell. The guarantee lowers the bar for trying AgentValet on a real workflow. We’d rather refund the small minority who decide it’s not for them than make them argue for a refund.
